  • In our digital world, sources of video and audio information seem to be everywhere. These systems can provide a wealth of critical information about how an event occurred, but because of their inherent limitations, they can provide inaccurate information if not properly understood and analyzed.

Our staff understands A/V Forensics in a way few others do - experts with hands on experience in the film industry as well as the highest level of law enforcement certifications.

    • Video & Audio Clarification

    • Video & Audio Validation

    • Video & Audio Video Analysis & Evaluation

    Specialists: Brian Ramos, Ben Smith

  • Human Factors or, “the science of work” looks at the ways in which drivers, workers, and equipment operators, and other involved parties interact with and respond to complex systems on the roadway and in the workplace. By understanding what information was (or was not) available, and how that information is likely to effect behavior can be a key element in identifying the contributing factors in a collision or workplace mishap.

Our staff has the education and training to evaluate issues such as:

    • Object Visibility

    • Operator Perception and Response Time

    • Operator Response Choice & Decision-making

    • Hazard Awareness and Situation Awareness

    • Audible Warnings

    • Visual Warnings

    Specialists: Bill Messerschmidt, Madelyn Hudson

  • Complex events require straightforward, accurate visuals to understand. Our experts have over three decades of experience that began in the late 1980’s, building models by hand for display in court.

Fast-forward 30 years, and we are using the same software that creates big screen animated movies to create factually accurate and compelling animations and 3-D displays. Our experts create animations for trial as well as helping attorneys and experts prepare effective demonstrative strategies in mediations, trials, depositions, and other legal proceedings.

    Specialists: Chelsea English, Greg Hatcher

  • Motor Carriers and fleets are subject to stringent State and Federal regulations over and above the rules for ordinary motorists. The requirements effect equipment, maintenance, hiring, records keeping, hours of service, training, and health-related standards for drivers and equipment operators.

Our staff has experience enforcing Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, training law enforcement officers to enforce them, advising companies on compliance with these regulations, and complying with regulations as licensed drivers and fleet owners.

    Our staff can assist with:

    • Crash & Accident site inspections

    • Hours of Service Compliance

    • Driver Standard of Care

    • Equipment and Mechanical Compliance
