Olivia Normand

Principal Analyst/Partner

Olivia Normand is the Principal Analyst and Partner in INTEGRA’s Baton Rouge, Louisiana office.  Olivia joined us as a college intern in 2014 and became a full-time employee in 2015. Olivia rapidly established herself as an invaluable consultant and became a partner in 2022. She has completed coursework in heavy vehicle EDR analysis, accident reconstruction and cause analysis, human factors, and is a certified CDR technician and analyst. She has also completed the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Traffic Homicide Investigation course, and all levels of IPTM's Accident Reconstruction schooling. She also successfully earned her ACTAR accreditation (#4106).

In 2017, Olivia piloted the company’s drone program and became its first FAA licensed commercial pilot, and in 2019 piloted the company’s scanner program.

Olivia enjoys lifting weights, cooking, traveling, and being outdoors with her dogs Dixie and Abita in her spare time. She also enjoys spending time in her hometown of New Orleans with her family and friends.
