Shannon Shoemake

Case Manager

Shannon Shoemake has been the Case Manager and Administrative Assistant to Benjamin Smith in the Mississippi INTEGRA office since May of 2018.  She is a graduate of Petal High School and attended Jones County Junior College.  After 25 years of service, she retired from the City of Hattiesburg where she worked as Office Manager for the Traffic Control & Operations Department.  Overall, she has 30+ years of secretarial experience to provide our clients with impeccable customer service.  

Shannon is married to Ken Shoemake and they have two daughters, Jessica and Samantha.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, being outdoors and participating in both 5k runs and half marathons.  She loves her hometown and is active in the community.
